Is there a standard cutoff time for my web order?
Yes, to provide you with the freshest and most reliable products available, orders must be placed by 1pm Eastern Time.
Can I add to my online order once I've submitted it?
Yes, additions or changes to your order may be placed through your assigned inside sales representative. All additions must be called in before 3pm Eastern Time.
How will I be notified of out-of-stock items or other issues with my order?
Each order is reviewed by your inside sales representative and they will contact you with any issues. You can also request an order confirmation be given by phone.
